Shipping policy
Dust Collector Warehouse offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Order Processing and Lead Time
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed, plus transit time.
Lead times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer processing, order size, carrier requirements, and destination. Larger items, special-order items, or freight shipments may require additional processing time.
If an item has a longer lead time, is backordered, or requires special handling, we will contact you with updated information.
Standard Shipping
Most products ship by UPS or another standard parcel carrier. Standard shipping is provided at no additional charge for eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
After your order ships, transit time depends on the carrier, shipping destination, and service level.
Expedited Shipping
Many parcel-shippable products may offer an expedited shipping option depending on size, weight, inventory status, and carrier availability.
Expedited shipping is not available for all products. If expedited shipping is available, the option may be shown at checkout or quoted separately.
Expedited shipping affects carrier transit speed only. It does not guarantee same-day order processing unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Large Item and Freight Shipments
Some larger products cannot ship by standard parcel carrier and must ship by LTL freight or another freight carrier.
Large items and freight shipments generally have longer lead times and do not qualify for expedited shipping.
Freight shipments may require a valid delivery address, contact phone number, and someone available to receive the shipment. The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.
Free freight applies to standard freight delivery only unless otherwise stated. Additional freight services may result in extra charges, including but not limited to:
- Liftgate service
- Residential delivery
- Inside delivery
- Limited-access delivery
- Re-delivery fees
- Storage fees
- Appointment-only delivery
If additional freight services are required, we may contact you before shipment or after carrier billing to confirm applicable charges.
Transit Time
Transit time begins after the order has shipped. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service has been separately quoted and confirmed in writing.
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote delivery locations, or other conditions outside our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may require a separate shipping quote and may not qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Inspection and Damage
For parcel shipments, inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
For freight shipments, inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
If there is visible damage, note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing. If the shipment appears severely damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, keep all packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional fees caused by incorrect addresses, missed appointments, re-delivery, storage, refused shipments, or delivery changes may be billed to the customer.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, we will provide it by email after the order ships.
Parcel shipments may include UPS or other carrier tracking numbers. Freight shipments may include a freight tracking number, pro number, or carrier reference number.
