Most products unless otherwise specified generally ship within 1-3 days of order via UPS Ground.  Orders requiring expedited shipping may be allowed on a case by case basis by calling or emailing customer service.  Commodity items may be returned with Return Material Authorization number (RMA) - Contact customer service for authorization within 30 days of purchase.  A 25% restocking charge applies to all returnable items.  Refunds will not be given for any shipping costs.  Items that are special order or long lead can not be returned.

Payment is due with valid credit card for all orders at time of order placement.
